Laura Nichol was appointed Executive Vice President, Business Support in May 2014 and is responsible for enterprise-wide business transformation, business performance, talent and teammate solutions. Prior to joining us, Laura founded RIO Advisors, an advisory firm that works with boards and CEOs on company growth. In addition, she has more than a decade of experience in executive leadership roles at American General and Chase Bank of Texas. Laura holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas.
