Margie Fielder joined the Morgan Group in June of 2008 and currently serves as Vice President of Property Management in Houston. Margie has over 25 years of experience and worked at Heitman/JMB, The Richdale Group, and The Finger companies before joining Morgan. Margie’s current portfolio includes 25 multifamily assets, comprising 7149 units across Garden Style, 4-8 Story Wrap communities, and a team of four Regional Property Managers. Margie has experience with Class A+ product, lease-ups, B Class communities, and Affordable communities. Margie holds her Certified Apartment Management (CAM) and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) designations from NAA and Leadership Lyceum from HAA.
