Karen Thomas serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management for the company. Karen has been in the multi-family real estate business for over 25 years, where she spent eighteen years as Vice President of Human Resources for The Hanover Company, and two years at Allen Harrison Company as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining MORGAN, Karen was Managing Partner at DFL & Associates, a recruiting firm, where she specialized in placing top talent for large real estate companies throughout the US.
Karen’s passion is in helping people and identifying individual strengths to assist both the company and the employees to achieve success. A great company culture with strong core values are very important to Karen, and she has found that at Morgan. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Professionals.
