Julie Stephenson serves as Chief Operating Officer of Morgan, where she is responsible for operational execution, organizational alignment, and cross-functional leadership. Julie also serves on Morgan’s Investment Committee and AI Committee.
Julie joined Morgan in 2019 and previously served as General Counsel, overseeing the company’s legal and risk management departments. Prior to joining Morgan, she was an associate in the Houston office of Winstead PC, where she focused on commercial real estate development and finance.
Julie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in public relations and received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law, graduating magna cum laude.
Julie grew up in Friendswood and loves living in Houston with her husband, Joel Glover, and their two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cheering on her boys at their various sports and activities.
