As the National Head of Construction at Morgan, David oversees daily operations for all new development projects across the country. Since joining the company in 2018, he has held executive positions with some of South Florida’s largest general contractors.
Before Morgan, David managed P&L for over $1 billion in large-scale construction projects throughout the Southeast, which included 2,000 multifamily units, 5 million square feet of retail space, 3.5 million square feet of high-rise residential mixed-use developments, and over 100,000 square feet of medical facilities.
David earned his BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and holds a General Contractor’s License in Florida and Colorado.
