Bryan Head is a seasoned professional in the property management industry with over 28 years
of multifamily experience. His extensive career began on-site and went on to include roles such
as Director of Training, VP of Operations, and VP of Business Services, where he implemented
and administered property management systems (PMS), billing and accounts payable systems,
utility management, and contract management solutions.
Most recently, Bryan served as a Customer Success Manager for Grace Hill, managing strategic
customers and over $5 million in annual recurring revenue. His exceptional performance earned
him the Customer Success Manager of the Year award. Prior to joining Grace Hill, Bryan worked
for RealPage, a large property management SaaS technology company, where he managed
multiple system and product implementations as a Strategic Implementation Director.
Additionally, Bryan has a rich background in art. He developed a passion for painting and
photography in high school and was part of the prestigious John Ross Palmer Escapist
Mentorship program in 2023, which supports artists in developing and growing their art careers.
He currently lives in Katy, TX with his husband Eric and their 14-year-old Yorkie, Lexi.
