As Vice President of Business Development and Client Services, Brooks focuses on generating new business opportunities within the property management division and maintaining existing client relationships.
Brooks has been in the real estate industry for over a decade primarily focused on capital markets. Prior to joining The Morgan Group, Brooks worked at both Lument and Greystone Servicing Corporation, focusing on Agency, HUD, and bridge loan originations for multifamily assets. Brooks started his career with JP Morgan Chase in their Real Estate Banking division in Houston, TX. Over the course of his career, Brooks has worked on over $4B in commercial real estate transactions.
Brooks received his BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
