Brenden Duffey serves as Vice President of Asset Management for the Morgan Group, where he oversees the performance and strategy of the firm’s multifamily portfolio across Texas, Florida, and Colorado. His responsibilities span lease-ups and stabilized operations, dispositions, investor reporting, and real estate tax strategy.
Prior to his current role, Brenden served as Director on Morgan’s Capital Markets team, where he supported the underwriting, structuring, and closing of more than $2.5 billion in transactions.
Before joining Morgan, Brenden was an Associate in the Investment Properties Group at SRS Real Estate Partners and, prior to that, an Analyst at EDGE Realty Capital Markets, where he was responsible for the underwriting of retail assets.
Brenden earned a Master of Real Estate from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University.
