As Vice President of Capital Markets, Braden works with Morgan’s development partners, acquisitions team, and senior management to raise equity capital for the firm’s development and acquisition activities. Braden is actively involved in sourcing capital, arranging equity financing, and investor relations. He has been with Morgan since 2022.
Braden previously served as an Associate Director with Walker & Dunlop, where he was responsible for securing debt financing and joint venture equity for owners and developers of all commercial real estate asset classes. In this role, Braden was involved in arranging more than $1.2 billion in debt and equity across multifamily, office, industrial, retail, mixed‑use, and self‑storage assets. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Braden worked as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) underwriting and supporting the placement of approximately $230 million in financing for commercial real estate owners and developers. Braden began his career as the Deputy Campaign Manager and Finance Director for a United States Congressional campaign, responsible for managing day-to-day campaign operations, fundraising, and executing an electoral strategy.
A Houston native, Braden is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Political Science.
