As City Partner, Andrew is responsible for overseeing and executing all development efforts in Austin, including site identification and selection, due diligence, feasibility, planning & design, and financial evaluation. Andrew is actively involved throughout the entire project’s life cycle from pre-development and construction to lease-up, stabilization, refinancing and ultimately disposition.
Prior to joining Morgan, Andrew served as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Frost Bank where he was responsible for providing a broad range of financial products to experienced commercial real estate developers and owners. At Frost Bank, Andrew underwrote, originated, and monitored a commercial real estate loan portfolio.
Andrew graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Council of Austin.
