Founded by William J. Morgan in 1959, MGI has consistently sought out new ideas that help establish benchmarks for the luxury multi-family developer. The company was one of the first to embrace and incorporate "New Urbanism" design concepts into its development models. Best known for its signature clubhouses, the company now brings additional emphasis to state of the art technologies for its custom finishes incorporated into each luxury residence.

Following the founder's ideals of conservative and sound business philosophies, MGI is now guided by sons Michael and Ronnie Morgan. Together they have assembled a group of real estate professionals with proven expertise in land planning, design, financing, construction and property management.
