Lonnie Spraberry is Executive Vice President for Morgan Construction. He is directly responsible for all of Morgan’s national construction activities. Prior to this role, Lonnie worked in development in Texas, Georgia, Kansas and Colorado.

Prior to joining Morgan Construction Company in 1998, Lonnie headed up construction activities for the Finger Companies out of its Houston office. Lonnie also served as Director of Construction for the Case Edwards Companies, developing and building conventional and FMHA projects in the Middle Atlantic Region. Lonnie has developed and constructed in excess of 20,000 units during his 30-year tenure in the apartment construction industry. Lonnie is a graduate of Houston Baptist University with BA degrees in mathematics and economics.
